Payment Policy
This page explains how payments work when you shop at Ellis & June.
Accepted payment methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard and Maestro
- Shop Pay
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
Apple Pay and Google Pay are shown at checkout on supported devices and browsers. We do not accept other payment methods.
Currency and pricing
All prices are shown and charged in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices include the product price; any applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
When you are charged
Your payment is authorised and charged when you place your order. You will receive an order confirmation by email once payment has been accepted.
Payment security
All payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment providers. Your connection is encrypted with SSL, and we never see or store your full card details.
Declined payments
If your payment is declined, please check your card details and billing address, or try a different payment method. Your bank can also tell you why a payment was declined.
Order verification
To protect our customers, some orders may be reviewed for fraud prevention. If we need extra information, we will contact you by email. We may cancel and fully refund orders we cannot verify.
